Environmental control in construction

Abstract:

In the article the main problems of human impact on the environment through construction activities. There are given the assessment of impact of construction activities on environmental safety and suggested ways to improve and minimise the environmental monitoring, contribute to the improvement of the balance of nature. It is noted that the Russian administrative law distinguishes between two types of control activities - control and supervision. Under the environmental control refers to the activities of authorized entities to test compliance with and enforcement of environmental legislation requirements. The author points out that there is a need to develop measures of security residing the avoidance of detrimental impacts of construction on the environment. In the Building regulations it is important to lay down as a basic requirement, the sustainability of construction products and services. This will allow minimi-to intensify a negative impact. The author pays attention that requires legislative to provide for the development of a network of environmental monitoring to assess the situation and timely response to adverse changes in the condition whom of automotive components of the environment. Special attention should be given to conducting a go-public environmental examination of hazardous facilities, not only at the Federal level.
