Abstract:

Some questions of distribution of pathogenic fungi, bacteria, viruses are considered. The most common routes of human infection, including COVID-19, have been identified. The influence of some pathogenic agents on a person is considered. The way of microflora inactivation in public electric transport (subway, trams, trolleybuses) and also in some public places is offered. The effectiveness of this method for inactivation of fungi has been experimentally confirmed. Further research in this area on inactivation of bacteria and viruses has been proposed. Studies were performed on yeast cells Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The repeatability of the results was at least 93.75%. The thermostat, after each experiment, was disinfected (increase in temperature to 70 °C for 2 hours, and then – treatment with a chlorhexidine solution of biglucanate 0.05%, then ethyl alcohol (Ethanol)). The equipment was also disinfected. Sufficiently high degree of inactivation of «fungal microflora» by the proposed device is determined morphologically in this study.
