Abstract:

The presented work is devoted to the study of species diversity and substrate specificity of micromycetes spread in the National Museum of History of Baku. It has been revealed that 48 species belonging to 16 genera of micromycetes are spread in the museum. As 2 geniuses formed in the inner environment of the museum, also Aspergillus (15 species) and Penicillium (10 species) as well, characterized by the widest spectrum of species diversity consist 52% of total micobiota. It was identified that 6 species of fungi, Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissl, Aspergillus niger Tiegh, A. versicolor (Vuill) Tirab, Cladosporium cladosporioides (Fresen) G.A. de Vries, Penicilium chrysogenum Thom and Trichoderma viride Pers.: Fr. as well not depending on chemical composition of substrates are met on the surfaces of all the museum exhibitors. It is clarified that in the museum setting of micromycetes lays an important role as substrate specificity. In museum premises, environmental conditions, in particular, high humidity, can cause the detection of conditionally pathogenic fungi, which is assessed as a risk factor for human health. The substrate specificity of micromycetes largely depends on the chemical composition of museum exhibits. Mushrooms with a balanced enzyme system have a significant impact on the qualitative changes in museum exhibits.
