Abstract

The species composition and ecology-taxonomic structure in periphyton and benthic algocenoses of the «Cape Martyan» reserve during in winter period are described. Macrophytobenthos includes 26 species of macroalgae of 21 genera genus, 15 families, and 11 orders of three divisions. The species proportion of the divisions indicates a dominant role of Rhodophyta in the formation of a community on a natural substrate. Macrophytoperiphyton is represented by 36 species of 27 genera, 17 families and 14 orders of three divisions, with dominating Rhodophyta. The features of macrophytobenthos and macrophytoperiphyton are the absence of indicators of the desalination of the aquatic environment, the high development of leading, annual, marine, brackish-sea, mesosaprobic and oligosaprobic algae are leading among the ecological groups. A set of common features of macrophytoperiphyton in different parts of a hydraulic structurehas been established. It is shown that fouling is capable of changing in space even within the sameи hydraulic structure, acquiring features characteristic of algae of each of its sides. Comparison of algocenosis of benthos and periphyton of the same area revealed that they have similar and specific features, which testifies to the objectivity of cenosis of different life forms, but with a common origin and complementary features that ensure the successful functioning of the coastal ecosystem.
